– Upon successfully completing your order and payment with veteranmax, we will deliver the eSIM to your designated email address within 15 minutes at most.
– Should there be any unexpected delays in delivering your eSIM or providing our service, veteranmax will immediately notify you and offer the option to cancel your agreement if desired.

As the eSIM is dispatched via email, it’s crucial to provide an accurate email address to ensure prompt receipt. If you haven’t received any communication from veteranmax within 5 to 15 minutes following your payment, please reach out to our Customer Support.
